At Mister Woofington we hire less than 1% of applicants to ensure all of our walkers are a perfect fit. In a walker we look for someone who is trustworthy, responsible and experienced, plus has an overwhelming passion for animals. Safety is our primary concern, so if we wouldn't trust them with our dog, we definitely wouldn't trust them with yours. Meet our marvelous family below:
Hello! My name is Paige Chapman and I'm from Bayridge, Brooklyn. Prior to living here I lived Upstate NY where I was hired to take care of the animals at an Equine Boarding Facility: consisting of horses, dogs, cats and even chickens. I have experience with dogs of every size & age along with dogs that have issues with aggression. I feel 100% confident and in control while handling a dog that struggles with aggression problems & know exactly what to do in order to maintain control of the dog.
I consider myself a hardcore dog mom because I have three dogs myself! An American Pitbull Terrier, a Mini Poodle & a Teacup Yorkie. They are my fur babies and my life is consumed by them in the best way possible! When I am not with my dogs (very rare) you can find me practicing yoga, reading, working out or just enjoying the beautiful weather outside.... but 99.9% of the time I am with my crew of fur babies!
My name is Rachel Lavey I am currently finishing my undergraduate degree in NYC. I have been around dogs my whole life, and have experience in both caring for and raising a variety of breeds! I have experience with pet sitting and walking both shy, small dogs, as well as large and energetic breeds. I also have experience with pups who have special needs, as pups who need to receive medication.
I think it is important to be patient and understanding of each dog and their personal needs. I have always had a passion for dogs and I am excited to share it with you and your best friend by giving them the love, attention, and exercise that they need and deserve!
Hi ! My name is Nehemie Dume and I’m currently an undergrad student whose end goal is to be a Occupational therapist for children with special needs. Born and raised in Brooklyn, the city has always been my life.
Growing up, it was always a wish for me to have a dog. The opportunity never came to until November 7th 2017, a 5 week old Blue nose Pitbull was given to me from a close friend. Probably the happiest moment of my life this far. Pablo taught me to be a more giving and loving person, as well as bringing out the playful and caring side of me.
